Efficient Sevice Machines
OpenSys pioneered the design and development of a class of non-cash dispensing self-service kiosks called Efficient Service Machines (ESM) that accept deposits and payments using cash, cheques, credit and debit cards. ESMs allow banks, insurance and utility companies and government agencies to improve customer service, extend market reach and reduce operational cost.
OpenSys strives for excellence, commanding a hefty 85% market share in intelligent image-based cheque deposit self-service machines (ESM) in Malaysia.
Business Process Outsourcing
OpenSys' unique outsourcing business model transforms its self-services products and services into an application-on-demand model. Since its introduction in 2003, there has been a surge in interest in this outsourcing model with the adoption rate tripling within the last 12 months. By applying this business model, banks, insurance and telecommunication companies are able to quickly provide 24 by 7 self-service convenience, improve customer service, lower the cost of delivering services and generate fee-based income without having to manage the ESM machines.
Cryptopad 1000
The CryptoPAD 1000 is an encrypting PIN Pad Module designed and built specifically to be used in self-service terminals. It facilitates a high level of security and protection for Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) and encryption keys entered at the keypad. This PIN Pad Module is also extremely robust and tamper resistant.

PeterLabs Holdings Berhad was incorporated under the Act on 28 July 2010. The company was listed on the ACE Market on 26 July 2011.
Our Group is involved in the manufacturing, distribution and trading of animal health and nutrition products which include animal feed additives, environment maintenance products, veterinary pharmaceuticals and biologicals.
Our products include anthelmintic, antimicrobial, disinfectant, injectable products, mold inhibitor and toxin binder, multi-nutrient and supplement, complete feed premix, pre-probiotic / enzyme / acidifier, topical dressings and cleansing agents.
Our new manufacturing plant at Nilai has been fully commercialized on July 2011. The new premises boast of 3 acres land area, which houses the corporate office, production facilities, quality control facilities, microbiology laboratory and warehouse facilities.

Privasia’s eBidding platform is a web-based price negotiation tool that utilizes dynamic pricing to derive true market prices of products and services in response to current market supply and demand conditions. This platform incorporates a proven reverse and forward auction method of online auction.
Buying or selling organizations post all relevant information and specifications online and invite qualified and capable suppliers or buyers to compete in a real-time auction session. This method saves time for buyers or sellers and increases their chances of securing a product or service at a better price. This reverse auction approach has consistently returned buyers a savings average of 8% - 20%. As for forward auction, sellers have managed to sell at an average 10% to 30% higher. eBidding enables real-time market price discovery, transparency, and shortened bid cycle time. Since it is web-based, it allows buyers and suppliers to participate wherever they may be, as long as they have access to the Internet. eBidding also provides an easy introduction to participating in e-commerce – with limited business or capital risk and potentially high rewards. The application requires little or no integration with other software as it is capable of running several different types of auctions. Since January 2008, Privasia had carried out a total number of 319 Reverse Auctions and 21 Forward Auctions. Overall, saving generated for Reverse Auction is about 126.6 million. | |||
